Can I use my insurance?

I am “IN” network with a few companies and mostly out of network. Give us a call at 904-657-0089 to get the most updated information on what insurances we currently take. We can ALWAYS take you but costs will be different per plan.

How much will it cost?

Evaluations are $200 however I run specials frequently so be on the look out on social media.

Regarding treatments the prices vary as some people only need a few sessions.

Lets talk first!

What is the cancellation policy?

All I need is 2 hours notice to not be charged a $30 fee. I use a scheduling app where you can easily cancel/schedule and reschedule on your own! Easy peasy.

What if I am late?

If you are going to run 15 minutes late please call/Text me. If I don’t have a patient directly after you I may have to reschedule you. If I don’t then it won’t be a problem. Stuff happens sometimes!

What is the No show policy?

You will be charged the cancellation amount.

What if I don’t get better?

Sometimes this happens. I wish I could help all people. If I don’t see enough improvement in a reasonable amount ~6 weeks then I will refer you out to one of my trusted top notch Orthopedic physicians or Medical Doctor if needed.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and you are comfortable sweating in. If you are coming from work remember to bring your clothes. If I am evaluating your knee, I need access to your knee. I can’t evaluate you iff your in jeans (insert eye roll). If I am evaluating your shoulder please wear a tank top or cami top ladies. Men, If I can’t get to your shoulder I may ask you to take off your shirt so I don’t ruin your shirt from stretching it or with lotion.
